Aubré was always fascinated with making things with her hands. She was knitting and sewing before she was 10 years old. She attended art school in California where she learned to draw and paint. She later moved to Vermont, where she taught art and received her Masters degree in Fiber Art. Aubré began painting full time when she moved to Delaware and that is her true passion. She is known for her bold, bright, colorful designs of simple shapes. Boats, chairs, beach scenes, porches and flowers are some of her favorite subjects to paint.
In her years of painting, Aubré has won many awards and her paintings have shown in numerous juried shows along the East Coast and throughout the country. Her paintings are collected by a wide variety of individuals and private collectors.
